What we offer

Turnkey formwork solutions.

Bespoke and custom formwork solutions — from simple components that save time to complex systems & assemblies. Tailor made for construction crews who need it to simply work.

01

Design, 2D & 3D

Concept through to fully detailed 2D and 3D design, developed around your site conditions and constraints.

02

Engineering & certification

Engineering, modelling and certification as per AS 3610 — formwork for concrete, assessed properly rather than assumed.

03

Fabrication & assembly

Fabrication, surface treatment and assembly, delivered as a complete, ready-to-use system.

04

QA documentation

Mill certificates, NDT, proof testing of lifting points, and stated Working Load Limits — full paper trail included.

05

HSE documentation

Technical instruction manuals, SWMS, WMS, and checklists with hold points, written for the people using them on site.

06

Multidisciplinary integration

Hydraulic and electric automation integrated into formwork systems where the project calls for it.

Bespoke fabrication

If it can be engineered and fabricated in steel, we can take it on.

Our fabrication capability isn't limited to formwork hardware. Custom brackets, laser-cut steelwork, and one-off assemblies — if it needs to be designed properly and built to last, it's the kind of job we take on.

The Universal Prop Connector (UPC)

A swivel-head bracket that lets push-pull props sit in any angular plane — one example of the engineered hardware that comes out of our design process.

Push-pull props rarely line up with a convenient, fixed angle — panel geometry, adjoining structure and site constraints all get in the way. The Universal Prop Connector's swivel head lets the prop be positioned in any angular plane, significantly increasing the versatility and adaptability of the push-pull location without a custom bracket for every configuration.

The 45mm spacing on the swivel head is compatible with the majority of push-pull props on the market, and the connector fixes to the panel rib with 2× M20 Grade 8.8 bolts, or 20mm diameter podger pins with R-clips for faster strike and re-use.

Structural certification

Assessed by FEA, checked against Australian Standards

The Universal Prop Connector bracket assembly has been structurally assessed using finite element analysis (FEA) in RFEM, verifying that it is structurally adequate to resist the applied loads associated with temporary construction conditions — including forces transferred through adjustable push-pull props across a 0°–60° range of load inclinations.

AS 4100 — Steel Structures AS/NZS 1170.0 — Structural Design Actions, General Principles AS/NZS 1170.1 — Permanent, Imposed and Other Actions AS/NZS 5131 — Structural Steelwork, Fabrication and Erection

Analysis results

Maximum stresses remain below the 350 MPa yield strength under Ultimate Limit State (ULS) conditions. Local stress concentrations at the pin connection are within acceptable limits, with low, localised plastic strain.

Deformation

Global deformation of 2.2mm remains within the 2.3mm serviceability limit, confirming the bracket meets Serviceability Limit State (SLS) requirements.

Conclusion

The Universal Prop Connector is structurally adequate for its intended use under the defined loading conditions, with performance acceptable across all assessed load cases.

Structural certification coverage is limited to the Universal Prop Connector only. The UPC is intended to be compatible with system formwork from many suppliers of different origin — the client needs to ensure the panel rib has sufficient capacity to support nominated loads. Certification applies only to the analysed configuration; fabrication must comply with AS/NZS 5131, and any changes require reassessment.
